Pastoral Friendship Event

We’re excited to be welcoming Brian Croft, Director of Practical Shepherding, to Edinburgh this summer for an event for church leaders about ‘Pastoral Friendship’, based off his book by the same name.

The event will be held at Grace Church Leith in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Friday 11th August from 10am to 3pm. Early bird tickets are £10.

Get your tickets at the link below, on our Eventbrite.

For more info, email Andy Constable who is organising the event.

Weekender conference

The upcoming Weekender conference will be held on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th March and will be the first ever to be hosted in Glasgow, at our new church-planting partner Harper Church.

The theme of this Weekender conference is “CHURCH: Do I have to go?” based on the book of the same name, written by J Garrett Kell. “CHURCH: Do I have to go?” is one of 10 books in the 9Marks First Steps series, edited by our director Mez McConnell.

At the Weekender conference you will network with people doing gospel ministry in deprived urban areas from around the world. Participate in our Women’s pre-conference. Listen to talks from pastors of churches across the 20schemes network and some invited guests. You can book for the whole weekend beginning on Friday and closing Saturday afternoon or choose a ticket package that suits your needs.

Book your tickets on our Eventbrite page, linked below.

Childcare Options for the Weekender

We are providing childcare for our Weekender on Saturday 11 March.

We will provide a creche for 0-3 year olds in the morning and childcare for 4-8 year olds for the whole day. There will be a cry room available for 0-3s in the afternoon sessions. Children 9 years and over are encouraged to join in the main weekender sessions.

Spaces are limited so if you can arrange your own childcare for the duration of the weekender, we recommend that you do so.

Snacks will be provided, however there will be no lunch catered for. Children will need to be collected after the morning session and then again after the afternoon sessions. Further information will be emailed nearer the event with specific details.

If your children fall into either 0-3 year or 4-8 year group and you require childcare, please fill in the booking form below. This is mandatory.
