Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th November 2017

20schemes Weekenders are always sold-out events and this Weekender, we’re really excited to be delivering 6 completely new sessions never seen at previous events, as well as a lunchtime breakout (details below). It promises the same down-to-earth, theologically rigorous teaching, networking and resourcing for men and women serving the Lord in urban deprived settings.

The basic outline* for the Weekender is below…

11.30am Lunch
12–1.30
Breakout 1.5 hour
Theological Training & the Working Class (Andrew Beddoe)
2pm SESSION 4 – Lessons From Failure (Pete Stewart)
3.15pm SESSION 5 – Building a Planting Network (Matthew Spandler-Davison)
4.45pm SESSION 6 – Guarding your Soul in the Stress of Ministry (Andy Constable)
5.45pm Dinner
SUN 11am Sunday Service (Doug Logan)
1pm Lunch
2pm Depart

£30 for full board (limited spaces available) or £15 without accommodation for Friday-Sunday, £10 for Saturday only.

Mike has been on the staff team at Niddrie Community Church since 2007, and Communications Manager for 20schemes since March 2014. Prior to NCC, Mike worked for Charlotte Chapel in Edinburgh as their youth worker, and in corporate insolvency at KPMG. He has an MA(Hons) in English Literature and History from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA in Youth Work with Applied Theology from International Christian College in Glasgow.
